Availability: Avatar Card tab of Shop, "Virtual Suit Avatar Card Pack" - 30 gems. "Avatar Card Pack" - 10 gems (not recommended).
Recommendation: The Virtual Reality Suit avatars are considered to be among the worst in the game, being worse iterations of the avatars they are each based upon for having worse jewel slots. For any avatar in this pack, the normal version is recommended and therefor, this pack as a whole is not recommended.

Availability: Avatar Card tab of Shop, "Victim Avatar Card Pack" - 30 gems. "Avatar Card Pack" - 10 gems (not recommended).
Recommendation: This pack contains a plethora of very good avatars who fit a number of roles but each share among them abilities with unique "come-from-behind" conditions. The "victim" abilities trigger large buffs upon being the tank with the lowest remaining HP in play, and the "level" abilities trigger large buffs upon being the tank at (or tied for) the lowest level in play. These avatars work especially well on any Vega tank or for improving regular A-class tanks. Threads Toy and Tired Dog an be used to aggressively assault opponents for massive damage with compiled attack increases (for instance, on Vega Kalsidon), or grant large defense and healing protection with Sad Frog (useful on Vega tanks who already focus on rush-down damage such as Trico or Lightning). Poor Rabbit is arguably the best user of the Hunger ability in the game because of how well its victim ability and double green jewel slots compliment it. Troubled Monkey functions similarly to Threads except that it has a victim ability rather than a level one, meaning it might be more useful for Lv.50 tanks. The only draw-back to these avatars are that the ones with level based abilities (I.e. Threads, Frog, and Dog) can be neutered by the presence of tanks that are lower in level, which cannot be controlled. For this reason, those avatars in particular are best used in higher leagues where sub-lv.40 tanks are far less common. Overall, this is an exceedingly strong set that is better suited for more advanced players, if just for access to higher leagues, and shouldn't be a priority for a newer player but a high priority for intermediate to experienced players (especially so if they make use of Vega tanks).

Availability: Avatar Card tab of Shop, "DarkPower Avatar Card Pack" - 30 gems. "Avatar Card Pack" - 10 gems (not recommended).
Recommendation: The Dark Power avatar pack contains avatars which are themed around sacrificing in some stat in order to boost another by a larger-than-usual amount. As is, the boosts in each case are underwhelming and each of these avatars are considered to be inferior to other avatars that play similar roles. This set is not recommended for players at any level.

Availability: Avatar Card tab of Shop, "HatCat Avatar Card Pack" - 30 gems. "Avatar Card Pack" - 10 gems (not recommended).
Recommendation: The Hat Cat avatars follow a theme of "countering" abilities which trigger a boost in response to the opponent's avatar triggering a boost. They are, on the whole, just okay, being far from the worst or best group of avatars. Mago can be particularly effective in a defense and Toy Animal heavy meta-game, while the rest tend to be too situationally-dependent to be reliable. Other avatar sets are generally recommended before this one, but more experienced players who have already collected the most 'important' avatars could certainly find some worthwhile investment into this pack.
