Lesson 5/28

Hi friends,

We talked about Shavuot at Circle Time today.

Since the Jewish people were given their Torah on this very special day, let’s make our own Torah.

You can practice cutting each rule out with your grown ups.

Remember to hold your scissor the correct way (thumb at the top).

Count the 10 rules and tape them in order.

Last, tape something at each end (a stick, paper towel tube, etc) and roll each part to the center.

You can tie a piece of ribbon (or something else like it) over it to keep it closed.

There, you made your own Torah!

Let’s all try our best to follow these important rules!
