Humans (Earthly variety)

A curious development in the mysterious east side of the galaxy, humans of non-Terran origin have been known to exist in much the same way Terran humans have. Originating from Sol-III (also known as Earth), Earthly human influence appears to make up the bulk of the galactic eastern culture and way of life. Earthly humans are biologically identical to Terran humans in every way, with the notable exception that their appendix does not possess magical capabilities like Terran appendixes. In fact, the Earthly appendix does not appear to possess any obvious function at all and is often prone to violent failure in some individuals. 

It is unknown whether Terran and Earthly humans possess a common ancestor or if the simultaneous existence of these two species is simply a major coincidence.
