"It has been exactly three months and my head has not stopped hurting. At this rate, I'll have collapsed into a pile of benign slop from sheer boredom, but I haven't. So far, my routine is as follows: I wake up in the middle of the night, I work instead of eating, I remember something unpleasant, I complain about it to number 7, I listen to Barry rant about the pinkos in his "union", I cry myself to sleep and by then its noon. I should have been dead long ago like everyone else, but clearly I'm not."
