On 30th January at the end of our field attachement period, we were given the opportunity to conduct an academic presentation on any unique cases that we've observed during the time of our attachment. The session was initiated by the Doctors and we were so grateful that we got the chance present infront of the professional personnels of the hospital.
I presented on the case of Eclampsia because for me, that was the most unique and an interesting case to research on.
This activity served as the most essential plateform for strengthening our confidence, communication skills and technical knowledge. Although presenting infront of all the veterinary professionals was challenging especially for someone like me, we gained experiences on how to effectively respond to technical questions and be thoroughly prepared so it was blessing in disguise.
After the presentation we were provided with a set of repeated questions that were given at the beginning of the attachment to test our knowledge and self-evaluation on how much we've improved.
