To make a deeper analysis of the customer and target group (BCM - what? and who?)
Personas is way of visualizing 3-4 customer types.
Steps:
1) Analyze the Business Canvas Model section - What? and Who? Customer Relationsships and Costumer Segement
2) Personas: Image 4 customer types and make a description; Name? Age? Title? Civil status? What are his/her needs? (Maslow's Hierchy of Needs). Make a drawing of each persona
Both in the end of the ideation phase and qualification phase.Â
