- Estimate the total available market. How big is the "universe"?
- Esitmate the served market. How many can we reach with our sales channels?
- Estimate the size of your taget market. Who will be our most likely buyers? How many are they? How much will they buy?
- Estimate your expected revenue. How many in our target market will buy our solution?
