Summary:

An Earth Dragon who had grown up during the last years Dragons spent on Earth. He proved to be an excellent fighter. Even potentially ruthless, but Drarus took him in and gave the dragon discipline. His dark past weighs heavily, giving him a really dour and serious personality, earning his name Utasei for the nature of his conduct. Utasei doesn't like to talk about himself so not very many people know what he's all about. He currently resides in Omega as a soldier in the Aegis and works aside Drarus from time to time. He and Katuro often get involved in fighting with each other as a sort of rivalry, though Utasei has yet to lose a fight with him.
