After nearly three thousand years of dark ages, dragon kind began to bounce back into advancements. Societies advancing into and growing accustomed to settlements. With New Atlantis at the forefront of advancement. But, this isn't why it's called the Age of Return. The 'return' is the appearance of Aturis and Venuit. The legendary dragons spoken of only in legend, have returned to the Dragons, with information of an origin planet, this shook the world of dragons to it's core.

The founding of the Arthurian Knights in England, they swore an oath to rid the land of dragons.

Over the following years the Arthurian Knights make plans and strategies to take down their first dragon.

The Arthurian Knights have done what was once thought to be impossible and killed a dragon, and they are hailed as heroes.

Arthurian Knights become known through out Europe as famous dragon slayers.

Eight years after the first dragon fell, the Arthurians are pressured to drive the rest of the dragons out of Europe.

The black dragon returns, and spreads its disease to Europe, eventually known in infamy as the 'Black Death'. Human mortality rates reach 200 million deaths. Hunts for the black dragon again turn on fruitlessly again for all parties.

Arthurian Knights: Efforts to find this legendary dragon turn up dry, and passing their skills to the next generation has begun.

Vlad the Impaler begins his first rule.

Vlad enters his second rule, a new species of dragon called the Dracolich.

Vlad becomes deceased and the location of his remains are unknown, rumors say that his body was cut into pieces.

Experiments on anthropomorphism of dragons start up in Atlantis in an attempt to bridge dragon and human forms together. The testing is done in a private sector of New Atlantis.

The black dragon Drarus appears in Atlantis, claiming to be the cause of the Black Death. He is imprisoned immediately for his crimes. He is better known and is called by others as 'Black Death' feared and overwhelmingly powerful, great lengths are gone to seal the dragon away to prevent spreading of the plague.

After generations of concerted effort by the Arthurian Knights, the dragon population thins out in most of Europe.
1607
A pod is discovered in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, it is of unusual design, more advanced than anything they have ever seen. Examination and testing have discovered that it is of magically innate origin, likely created by dragons, but it's origin and purpose is unknown.
1613
The secrets of the anthropomorphism experiment is revealed in New Atlantis, and public outcry occurs. The project still continues however.
1632
After many dragons die from mere exposure to the Secernapa (Black Death Dragons) and cannot even oppose them on their own, they turn to Drarus. Drarus speaks to them and a deal is worked out that he will be released on the condition that he stop his kin from spreading the plague.
1640
Drarus returns to Atlantis with the heads of several of his plague dragon kin. Efforts for diplomacy have failed, so with Drarus spear heading the campaign begins working as an ally to the Atlanteans.
1649
The legendary Black Death Dragon is believed to have been slain by the Arthurians.
1650
Drarus becomes the first anthropomorphic dragon. The new creature is dubbed Dreu-Kin.
1651
Over the next year as the Dreu-Kin population grows, Drarus slowly becomes viewed as a champion of the Dreu-Kin. Secretly in the midst of the public's negativity over the Dreu-Kin, several clan leaders talk to each other in secret over the issue, and decide that they should unite their clans. The Blood-Kin faction is created.

Ten years after the foundation, others join the Blood-Kin clan and their underground network spreads through out the population.
1665
The Great Plague of London occurs and Drarus and the Arthurian Knights run into each other and a heavy skirmish occurs. Drarus and company are forced to flee, leaving the Arthurians to kill off the Black Death Dragons, but they too fail, and they spread elsewhere.
1670
The first Arsenal Suits are created for the Elites to better protect themselves from the Black Plague.
1679
The Plague of Vienna occurs, and the Elites are able to find and stop the Secernapa there, but the regional damage over the years has resulted in a second pandemic that spread over all major regions of the world.
1685
The two legendary dragons of myth, their profound presence made the Earth quake. Their power so immense, they are considered closer to Gods than scale and blood. They came to New Atlantis to share an origin story that shifted the focus of the Atlanteans to their magical pursuits in order to find a way to their origin planet. The two dragons also state a warning, that something dangerous is there.

Drarus and other select elder dragons create the organized military force, the Aegis, and make the Arsenal Suit the standing image of the standing military.
1700
Effort is re-focused into technological advancements and space engineering. Since it was known that while many dragons could create personal methods of travel or even astral project into space, not everybody was equally as proficient at magic. It was reasoned that a more manual form of space travel had to be made in order to make the trip. They instead refocus their magical ability into making ships.
1702
The ships made in New Atlantis are launched into space and are placed into orbit beyond the moon, this space beyond the moons orbit around Earth became known as 'Outer Earth'.
1722
The first space ship dubbed, 'Alpha' is the first successful ship to shuttle from Outer Earth into deep space.
1723
The first dragon is sent to travel into space on the ship 'Beta' is unsuccessful. It was later discovered to be a deliberate malfunction though the people responsible were not found.
1725
The ship 'Gamma' is the first successful ship to bring a dragon to Neptune and back.
1730
After extensive testing and research, production on the final ten ships used to explore deep space begin.
1770
The Russian Plague of 1770 occurs. The Arthurian Knights find and kill off the nest the Black Death Dragons were coming from, severely crippling the Secernapa, reducing their overall effectiveness. It is predicted that they will no longer be able to cause major outbreaks.
1772
The Arthurian Knights work on trying to weaponize the Black Death for their own purposes against the dragons, casualties on their own behalf result in immediate cancelling.
1775
The Aegis conclude the war against the Black Death. The plague begins to fade away marking a bright turning point for the Earth. It is considered that the Secernapa are either extinct or too few in number to repopulate, and the Arthurian Knights, slip away into the darkness.
1780
After many iterations the final ten ships, Alpha, Beta, Delta, Epsilon, Zeta, Iota, Omicron, Sigma, Phi, and Omega as the flag ship, are created. Primary personnel are assigned to their ships.
1803
Individuals are assigned to their ship and spend time acclimating and accommodating themselves into their given ship. Upsets occurred when it is learned that most, especially the Dreu-Kin were given much smaller (even for their size) and less lavish living quarters. Meanwhile the ship Beta is secretly being controlled by the Blood-kin.
1848
As a result of the dragon population thinning out, since then the Arthurian Knight's efforts have shifted to fish and hunt out any dragons that could be lingering around. Including ones that hide in human populations. The Aegis organizes an effort to hunt for these individuals as well to try and save their kin.
1880
After a small celebration on the successful completion of the massive ships dubbed 'The Flotilla' they are sent on to investigate the first set of anomalies.
