The Secernapa (Black Death Dragon) is an extremely rare subspecies of Dragon that is famous for their name sake. While they were problematic, it wasn't until the actual tragedy the Black Death that they earned their name. Their signature ability is to cause and spread what is the Black Death. Their breath attacks and magical aura can easily kill and are considered extremely deadly. The only ones spared are other Secernapa's. They are typically black in color, with red eyes and underbelly. They appear to have mixed features of western and eastern features, this varies from Secernapa to Secernapa.
As of current, Drarus is the last of his kind.
The Black Death Power functions as a powerful aura. Those exposed to it begin to decay on a molecular level, the effect causes apoptosis, creating black scorch marks. Without treatment, the victim dies within a few days. In weaker exposures it can take as much as a few days to notice symptoms. Where as close range exposure will show immediate signs of decay and die within minutes. The secondary effect of the Black Death is it spreads like a disease, delays in symptoms and being contact born, make it difficult to contain. The effects and strength of the aura are stronger the closer one is to the source.
