Guild Roster

The XP Tracker has proven to be a very effective way of calculating XP totals. Many thanks to Chris for keeping this tool up to date.

Guild Hierarchy

• Council of Grognards (Tier/Levels ?) Most of the exploits of the guild masters have been locked away deep within the Guild Vault, but whispers still echo through the guild halls.
• Lay Members Not every guild member is cut out for the rigors of high adventure. Lay members provide various forms of support and perform common roles within the guild to keep it operating smoothly. Librarians, scribes, cooks, tenders, laborers and more. These members work off their dues and earn a modest living.
• Paragon (Tier 4 levels 17-20) Characters achieve pinnacle of class features, becoming archetypes. They confront threats to the world or even the multiverse.
• High Master (Tier 3 levels 11-16) Characters are high above the ordinary populace. They have powers that create previously impossible effects, or the ability to do very impressive things with their attacks. They confront threats to whole regions and continents.
• Master (Tier 2 levels 5 - 9) Spell casters are more powerful, fighting classes get extra attacks. Characters face dangers that threaten cities and kingdoms.
• Journeyman (Tier 1 levels 2 - 4) Characters are effectively apprentice adventurers, and face minor threats to local farm steads or villages.
• Initiate (1st level) Having just answered the call to adventure, skills are unrefined and unproven.

Guild Members receive a reward in gold for completing adventure summaries. The reward equals 100 X Proficiency Bonus of the current guild level.

Members debriefing, updating guild maps and archives, retrieving specific items, or achieving specific goals for the guild are often rewarded well with special provisions, coin, or access to restricted areas of the hall.

All guild members benefit from half the XP earned during adventures.
