Friendly
Respect for other players and the game master are of primary concern.
Welcome new players and new members to encourage the growth of the hobby and the group.
Build positive relationships with respect to personal boundaries.
Foster cooperation and encourage each other in a positive way to become more proficient in the hobby.
Fair
Follow the rules of the game as written.
The game master can manipulate the game rules in the interest of the narrative and the entertainment of the players.
Accept improvised rulings in the interest of keeping the game moving.
Do your part to cover any expense generated by a gaming session. Fees generated by a session such as space, snacks, or special materials are to be announced in advance.
No one is to be excluded from a session based on race, sex, religious affiliation, political views, or any other reason that would violate Wheaton’s Law. You may exclude someone from a session for violating this law.
Fun
Seek to promote a positive experience for everyone in the community.
This community defines fun as building positive relationships with other gamers and playing the games we love to play, in that order.
If you are not having fun align your definition with the one above and then let your game master know what you are having a problem with.
Application of FFF
Social considerations such as punctuality, grooming, language, preparedness, etiquette, etc. are understood to be subjective and are to be at the discretion of the game master. Should one of these become an issue with someone at a session, apply FFF and address the problem with the expectation of FFF.
