It is Novad again boss,
Day 1: Found a new life form, it lived it the canopy of trees. It could turn colors, and seems to eat small rodents. It floated in midair like a boat in water. It snatched up a tree squirrel. It seems to use its ability to turn colors as active camouflage.
Day 2: Nothing new happened. At night, we were surrounded by darkness. These squid like creatures, which I have dubbed “gliders”. They were deadly from above and could cause many issues if they get ahold of you. They caused many problems with Rosemary when they grabbed ahold of her.
Day 3: We make it to the mouth of the cave with no issues. While going into the cave we see a squid thingy trying to move up into the faster moving water. In the alcoves of the door, room there is a change. In the left side there is written in common “Before” and a man shaped drawing. In the right side, there is a written in common “after”. Then lines drawn from the floor into a symbol. I smelled the writing goop and I felt feelings of comradery and friendship. It felt like I was becoming one with the smell. Maybe you have to smell this to understand it. 10/10 would recommend. As the rest of the group where talking I tried to smell it some more to see what I can find out. I got some feeling that “They” whoever that they want to merge with “you” and it could be just me or maybe the whole group, or us as a species. The one on the wall seems to convey the message that it wants to be specific. Further exploration of the cave leads into a vertical chamber with a water wheel that is stationary and pooling up from a waterfall. The stones seem to have a bigger gap here. I think we should send an expedition to look at these stones. There where notches in the stones that show it seems to be designed to be moved somehow. Left a note with a human with open arms, and a squid person open arms and the word Talk.
