Unscented Filtering of Angles Only Measurement of Orbital Debris

Summary: Filtering allows for more accurate estimations to be taken of the state of an object or system. The goal of this project is to create a more accurate filter to better estimate the position and velocity of orbital debris with the end goal of removing the orbital debris from space.
