Charlotte Marosvölgyi

Hello World!

Hi there, I'm Charlotte, but most people call me Lot. I came into this world on April 12th, 1997, and Leiden has been my home for as long as I can remember. I recently wrapped up my bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Leiden University, where I delved deep into the fascinating world of technology.

Alongside my computer science studies, I decided to pursue a minor at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague, exploring my passion for Classical Piano.

Now, I'm onto the next adventure — a master's degree in Media Technology at Leiden University. This program is the perfect place for me to enhance my technological skills and be able to combine them with my love for all things creative. I can't wait to see where this journey takes me and the innovative projects I'll be able to work on.

Some of my favorite artists

Lady Gaga

Ever since "Just Dance" blasted on the radio I have been a faithful Little Monster. Every time she performs in the Netherlands, I will be there too!

"Don't you ever let a soul in the world tell you that you can't be exactly who you are." - Lady gaga

Khatia Buniatishvili

Kathia Buniatishvili is one of my favorite pianists of our time! She always inspires me with her interpretations and never fails to give music a new dimension. It is still my dream to see her play live someday!

Glenn Gould

Glenn Gould was a pianist known for a unique and unconventional approach to performance and equally special were his sitting postures on chairs. He challenged established norms and paved the way for a new generation of musicians to explore their own artistic voices.

Hobbies

When I'm not practicing piano scales, you can find me indulging in some of my other favorite hobbies. I'm a certified series binger, movie fanatic (Stanley Kubrick), and passionate reader (Kurt Vonnegut Jr.). I also love spending time with friends, and shopping. Always in the mood for a coffee and a nap!

"Can you see anything in the dark, with your sunglasses on?" she asked me.

"The big show is inside my head," I said.”

Coffee

Let's not forget about my feline friends who are my constant companions, always there to provide comfort and cuddles when I need them most. <3
