Floorball Girls

The Springfield Floorball Girls’ team had an exciting and fulfilling year in 2024 filled with both competitive and bonding experiences. A highlight was our team bonding day at East Coast Park, where we played energetic games inspired by the popular Korean variety show Running Man. From chasing teammates in water relay challenges to solving group puzzles, the activities brought laughter, strengthened friendships, and built trust. At the end of the year, combined with the boys’ team, we enjoyed a fun bowling session, where the girls cheered each other on and celebrated every strikes with high-fives and smiles.

On the court, our team represented the school for both ‘B’ and ‘C’ Division at the National School Games (NSG). Competing against strong opponents, our girls displayed admirable tenacity, resilience, and sportsmanship. We learnt the value of teamwork, supporting one another through tough matches and never giving up, no matter the score. More importantly, they showed respect towards their opponents and embraced every match as a learning opportunity.

To us, sports play a vital role in school life. It teaches discipline, builds confidence, and creates a sense of belonging. We are proud of every team member—from the experienced seniors to the enthusiastic juniors—who contributed to our journey. Thank you for your dedication, spirit, and heart. Together, we are more than a team—we are a family.
