Pupil Absence/Appointments
Please contact us before 8.30 am on each day of absence/appointments. Absence is a safeguarding concern. Lack of notification results in a text alert querying why your child is absent. You can phone on 01489 892256, choosing Option 1, or use the relevant email address below. Please also use these emails to report any early collections / late arrivals due to appointments:

Ghana Information Evening

Please note that the Ghana Information Evening that is taking place on Thursday 8 February 2024 will begin at 6pm in the main hall and not at 6.30pm as previously advised. This is for any Year 7 & 8 pupils and parents/carers who are interested in finding out more about the trip we are running in July 2025. 

Pupil Sponsorship

Swanmore College has some pupils who are hoping to find sponsorship support for their additional coaching and training in a variety of activities. If your organisation would like to consider offering sponsorship to pupils, or your child would like to be considered for sponsorship in their chosen field, please let us know via enquiries@swanmore-sec.hants.sch.uk  

PE Clubs & Fixtures

Please see attached details of the PE clubs and fixtures that are taking place this week.

West Ham v Arsenal Trip Meeting

Any pupils going on the PE football trip, West Ham v Arsenal on Sunday 11 February, are required to attend a meeting in the Sports Hall on Friday 9 February during first break. 

Water Bottles

Please remind children to bring a refillable water bottle to college with them each day. It is important that pupils stay hydrated, and we do not have any disposable cups in stock to give them currently.

College Spring Production - Cats

Tickets are now available on Scopay for the college production of Cats. The performances are taking place on 5, 6 & 7 March 2024 in the Performing Arts Building at 7pm. £8 for adults; £6 for children.
