Pupil Absence/Appointments
Please contact us before 8.30 am on each day of absence/appointments. Absence is a safeguarding concern. Lack of notification results in a text alert querying why your child is absent. You can phone on 01489 892256, choosing Option 1, or use the relevant email address below. Please also use these emails to report any early collections / late arrivals due to appointments:

All Pupils

Car Park Access

Parents/Carers should not be accessing any staff car parks throughout the day unless in an emergency or by prior arrangement. If you need to come into college to drop something off, or your child needs to be collected or dropped back during the college day, please park on the road or in the village hall car park and then walk onto site.

Extra-Curricular Clubs

Please see attached details of all the extra-curricular clubs that will be taking place at Swanmore College during the Spring Term 2024. This information can also be found on our website: College Clubs - Swanmore College (swanmore-school.co.uk)

Please see attached a copy of the PE clubs and fixtures taking place this week. All pupils should now have shin pads and gum shields as part of their standard PE kit. Kit marks will be issued for any pupils who do not have these for their relevant PE lessons.

Year 9

Please see attached a GCSE Options letter which was emailed to all parents yesterday. You are invited to attend an Options Evening on Monday 22 January 2024. Your child is required to select their options by 15 March 2024. All information about options is documented online at http://swanmore-school.co.uk/year-9-options

Year 10

Please see attached information from SETA regarding a Workshop Day on 20 January 2024 for any pupils who are interested in finding out more about careers in Engineering.

Year 11
