Please contact us before 8.30 am on each day of absence/appointments. Absence is a safeguarding concern. Lack of notification results in a text alert querying why your child is absent. You can phone on 01489 892256, choosing Option 1, or email via:

Car Park Access

Please note that Parents/Carers should not be accessing any staff car parks throughout the day unless in an emergency. If you need to come into college to drop something off, or your child needs to be collected or dropped back during the college day, please park on the road or in the village hall car park and then walk onto site. With immediate effect, there will be no access through the car park barrier unless it is an emergency or by prior arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.

HPV Vaccine

The school immunisation team will at Swanmore College on 23 & 24 May 2023 to administer the HPV vaccine. If your child is due to have this vaccine you will have received an email with a link to the online consent form. Please ensure this is completed by Wednesday 17 May 2023. 

Aldershot Town Football Tournament

Please see attached details of ATFC's Annual Girls Football Tournament. They still have spaces remaining for U14 & U16 girls who wish to take part in the tournament on Saturday 27 May. Please contact them directly for further details.
