Pupil Absence/Appointments
Please contact us before 8.30 am on each day of absence/appointments. Absence is a safeguarding concern. Lack of notification results in a text alert querying why your child is absent. You can phone on 01489 892256, choosing Option 1, or use the relevant email address below. Please also use these emails to report any early collections / late arrivals due to appointments:

Nasal Flu Vaccine

Flu vaccines are being administered in college on Friday 17 November & Tuesday 12 December 2023. If you would like your child to have this and have not already done so (we do not have access to the system so cannot confirm this to you), please complete the online consent form using School Code: SH116424 by Friday 10 November at the latest. Odd Socks Day

As part of the Anti-Bullying Week, we are inviting all pupils and staff to wear odd socks to college on Monday 13 November 2023 to celebrate our differences.

PE Clubs

Please see attached the timetable of PE clubs and fixtures that are taking place next week.

Enrichment Donations

Thank you if you have already made the donation for your child’s enrichment this term and a friendly reminder in case it has slipped your mind. We are so pleased that our pupils are enjoying their enrichment activities this year, however we need your help to continue to offer the wide array of choices for your child, so we are asking for a small donation of £10 for this term. Your donation will go towards the purchasing of the equipment/materials. Payment can be made via www.scopay.com (Trips and Events). As always, we gratefully appreciate your support.

Year 9

There are no specific items for Year 9 only.

Year 10

Year 10 pupils will be sitting their mock exams next week, from Monday 13 to Friday 17 November 2023. Please see attached a copy of the exams timetable.
We have a few spaces still available for the trip to GCSE Science Live at the Brighton Dome on Tuesday 23 January 2024. The deadline has now been extended to 9 am on Thursday 16 November 202

Year 11
