Please contact us before 8.30 am on each day of absence/appointments. Absence is a safeguarding concern. Lack of notification results in a text alert querying why your child is absent. You can phone on 01489 892256, choosing Option 1, or use the relevant email address below. Please also use these emails to report any early collections / late arrivals due to appointments:

Year 7

Year 8

There are no specific items for Year 8 only

Year 9

Please see attached a GCSE Options letter which was emailed to all parents yesterday. You are invited to attend an Options Evening on Monday 22 January 2024. Your child is required to select their options by 15 March 2024. All information about options is documented online at http://swanmore-school.co.uk/year-9-options

Year 10

Please see attached information from SETA regarding a Workshop Day on 20 January 2024 for any pupils who are interested in finding out more about careers in Engineering.

Year 11

Year 11 French and Spanish pupils have their speaking mock exams next week with their class teacher. Communication has been sent to the pupils with their timetable.

SETA are hosting an Engineering Apprenticeship Jobs Fair on 6 February 2024 for any 2024 school leavers who are considering an apprenticeship in Engineering. Please see attached poster for further information.
