Pupil Absence/Appointments
Please contact us before 8.30 am on each day of absence/appointments. Absence is a safeguarding concern. Lack of notification results in a text alert querying why your child is absent. You can phone on 01489 892256, choosing Option 1, or use the relevant email address below. Please also use these emails to report any early collections / late arrivals due to appointments:

Pupil Collection - Safeguarding
If your child is being collected during the college day by someone who is not a named contact on their SIMS record, we require written permission and the full name of the person collecting before we are able to sign them out. Please notify us of this by using the Absence email addresses above. The person collecting will also need to produce ID to confirm who they are when they arrive at Visitor Reception. Thank you for your assistance with this.
