Please contact us before 8.30 am on each day of absence/appointments. Absence is a safeguarding concern. Lack of notification results in a text alert querying why your child is absent. You can phone on 01489 892256, choosing Option 1, or email via:

Extractor System Failure

Today, our extraction system failed in the main kitchen, resulting in our gas interlock system not functioning. Consequently, we have no gas to our main kitchen which will prevent us from cooking main meals or pasta king until such time as this is resolved. Thankfully, our excellent catering team were able to cook a large quantity of hot snacks such as sausage rolls, burgers, pizzas, etc to feed the entire pupil body. We will update you on the repair as soon as we have additional information and can only apologise for the inconvenience. 

PE Trip

Swanmore PE department are excited to announce their annual summer trip to The Ageas Bowl to watch Hampshire Hawks 2023 in the Schools Take Over. This will be taking place on Wednesday 7 June 2023 (see flyer attached). More details on how to sign up and costings will be sent to you shortly.

Swanmore Parent Association (SPA)

SPA are holding their AGM on Thursday 25 May 2023 at 6.00 pm in S01. We welcome new members and invite any parents/carers who are interested in joining us or want to find out more about what we do, to please come along to this meeting. Refreshments will be provided.

Year 10

Eastleigh College are holding an Open Event on Tuesday 13 June 2023 for Year 10 pupils who would like to have a look around the facilities and find out about their courses. Please see further details attached.

Year 11

As part of the Year 11 last day celebrations, pupils can order a Leavers' Last Day Lunch for Friday 26 May 2023.  The cost is £4.80 and must be pre-ordered by Thursday 18 May 2023 via www.scopay.com or you can return the contract and payment via Pupil Reception. If your child does not want to purchase lunch, they must bring a packed lunch as everyone will eat together. Please contact the Finance Office if you require any assistance.
