Pupil Absence/Appointments
Please contact us before 8.30 am on each day of absence/appointments. Absence is a safeguarding concern. Lack of notification results in a text alert querying why your child is absent. You can phone on 01489 892256, choosing Option 1, or use the relevant email address below. Please also use these emails to report any early collections / late arrivals due to appointments:

Paracetamol Consent         

It is our policy to give age-appropriate doses of paracetamol to secondary age children as described on the packet. We will only administer one tablet of 500mg at second break - 12.40 pm - to any pupil who visits the Welfare Office, in M Block. The Welfare Officer and Deputy Welfare Officer will check consent. Paracetamol may be administered by the Welfare Officer or Deputy Welfare Officer, who have received the required medical awareness training in the event of a headache, toothache, period pain or any type of mild to moderate pain (please see the Administering Paracetamol Policy attached). If you have not previously given us consent to administer paracetamol to your child since we introduced this revised policy last year, you can do this via the link below:

College Spring Production - Cats

Tickets are now available on Scopay for the college production of Cats. The performances are taking place on 5, 6 & 7 March 2024 in the Performing Arts Building at 7pm. £8 for adults; £6 for children.

The college are running a trip to Ghana in July 2025. This trip is available to pupils who are currently in Year 7 & 8. Year 10

Work Experience

A reminder that Year 10 work experience is taking place from Monday 15 - Friday 19 July 2024. Mrs Illsley has visited all Year 10 tutor groups in the last week to offer advice and support with regard to the work experience programme. Please find attached the information booklet and form with the link to share with an employer so they can complete the forms once you have secured a placement.

Year 11
