Graphite on drawing paper
My inspiration for this project was the prompts given, to draw shapes using 1 and 2 dot vanishing point techniques. I chose to use all squares and rectangles because I just liked the clean lines and how they worked with one another. I used graphite pencil on drawing paper, and a ruler to make the lines straight. This took some revision because sometimes my brain just wouldn't work and I would draw a line wrong, and I also had to redraw some lines to make sure they were straight and lined up correctly with the vanishing point. My inspiration for the room and hallway drawing was the required elements, and the photo I took for the hallway. I sued rulers and graphite pencil to make lines straight and precise, and these took a while because it is difficult to make all lines correct, straight, and go to the vanishing point as well as mimicking the photo can be difficult.
