Beautiful Oops

The story behind my work is I was given the piece of paper in class and it had the black ink dots already on it and when I saw it I immediately thought of a rainy day because the ink blots kind of looked like they were falling from something so I decided to make it a rainy day. My project relates to my life because when I was younger I always like drawing pictures with houses and people as well as rainy day drawings so it felt like when I was younger as I was drawing this. I used a piece of paper that I was given in class and graphite pencil to draw this. I experimented with shading and pressure to create this piece of art. My project evolved from just an ink blot on a blank sheet of paper into what it is now . My next steps could be using color maybe watercolor paints, or colored pencil to bring the piece of art together.
