Circle Project

For this artwork, I started by drawing a circle and trying to find ideas from there.

The materials I used were graphite, ink pen, and marker on drawing paper.

First, I drew a circle on a piece of paper and started to create idea on what to do, one I had found a few ideas on what to do I choose one I like more (Bubble of Color). Once I had chosen that idea, I sketch it out in bigger format. Then, I added the designs inside the circle, taking the idea from how topographic maps look. After that, I did some testing on what material I should use for the color in the art piece, once I had chosen Sharpie marker I started choosing my colors. Finally, I colored in my art and added the black ring around it. But, I had more time so on a much smaller scale I decided to create on of my other ideas I found, which was the Opposite Trees.
