Past Yorkshire Philatelic Association Representatives

YPA Rules state that where the membership of a Society exceeds 100 members the Society is entitled to two YPA Representatives, where membership is below 100 one Representative is elected.  Over the course of its history the York Philatelic Society has exceeded the 100 members so has enjoyed two representatives in some years.
