IntroductionWhat might be some ideas that you might use to become more generous?
Have the students write down at least five ideas.
Lesson
Together draw up a class 'Code of Generous Conduct.'
Here are 3 examples.
It's important to make up your own class one and recite it together regularly.
1. I will try to give when asked.
2. Even when it hurts.
3. I'll help out someone needy every time I see an opportunity.
Optional
Make up an action to go with each rule.
Competition
Have each student write (or type) out the Code of Conduct and decorate it.
You could make it a competition and enlarge, laminate or scan the best to make a class poster.
Alternatively the pupils could make a slide show presenting their code's rules.
Challenge
Read your code of conduct every morning. Try hard to keep it. Note any areas where you struggle and work on them.
A code of conduct is a set of rules outlining the social norms and rules and responsibilities of, or proper practices for, an individual, group or organization - Wikipedia
