Exclusive Interview with World Champion 2019 Rajesh Kumar Meena, The world's most influential Superstar in Nanotechnology (Biosynthesis)

Question: What are your recommendations to improve the standards of journals publishing

research articles on Chemistry?

Answer: Standard of any journal is decided mainly by two things: first is the quality of the

work they publish, and second the number of readers following them. The quality of work

can be improved by strict but fair criterions including peer review, novelty and applicability

as well and to make it accessible by the readers, language editing and good quality

depictions/graphics can play a key role.

Question: What are your recommendations to improve syllabus of Chemistry for more

creativity, applications and opportunities?

Answer:Syllabus is considered to be complete when it touches all the aspects related to the

subject. It includes first of all the basic theoretical knowledge, their practical knowledge

/applicability in daily life and future prospects and extended opportunities. Students should

have practical classes regularly, interaction with experts and visit to chemical factories and

research institutions to realise the need at broader scale.

Question: What is Chemistry? What are the major branches in Chemistry?

Answer:A branch of science that deals with the study of organic and inorganic substances

that any matter is composed of and investigation of their properties and reactions too is done.

There are many branches of chemistry disciplines. The five main branches are considered to

be organic, inorganic, analytical, physical, and biochemistry.

Question: What are your recommendations to frame guidelines on funding of research

projects on Chemistry?

Answer: Funding should be done keeping the necessary criterion in mind. First of all the

project idea should meet with the need of time. It should be novel and sound scientific

possibilities. Proper manpower and required facilities could be managed at proposed

place/University. Whether the question rose in the proposal have possibilities to get answered

(completely or partially) in recommended time limit.

Question: How can universities produce revolutionary PhD and Post Doc thesis and

dissertations on Chemistry? What are your recommendations to improve the academic

standards?

Answer: Universities play a vital role in producing quality research work. Besides providing

a scientific environment with distinguished faculty, it should also maintain the experimental

facilities (or laboratories). Timely debate or talk on scientific issues must be done, so that the

students can get inspired to search for some logical problems. If the problem is novel and

worth approaching, output (in the form of thesis and dissertations) surely will show some

change.

Question: What are your views on Biosynthesis of Silver Nanoparticles from Plant

(Fenugreek Seeds) Reducing Method and their Optical Properties?

Answer:I am glad to inform you, during my research work I have developed this type of

catalyst which is used in field of pollutant degradation. The synthesized catalyst are

synthesized by green synthesis method so synthesized catalyst are low costly, consumable as

well as ecofriendly nature and this research work are valuable for our society and

environment.

Question: How can students seek job and career opportunities in Chemistry?

Answer:Chemistry students master a variety of analytical techniques. Spectroscopy, the

analysis of matter’s interaction with radiation, is one of the most important techniques taught,

and features prominently in many degrees. As students advance, they may apply to take jobs

in specialist topics such as pharmacology, chemical engineering, electrochemistry,

nanotechnology, NTPC, DRDO and ONGC threw online portal.

Question: What job titles are available in Chemistry?

Answer:In Chemistry field so many jobs title are available like as a professor in government

and private institute, chemist, scientist in DRDO, ONGC, NTPC, Software Engineering

Assistant, Research Assistant, Medical Scientist, Forensic Scientist and Environmental

Scientist etc.

Question: What are your recommendations to write a world class research article in

Chemistry? What essential components and factors must be there?

Answer: According to my recommendations to write a world class research article in

Chemistry, novelty, quality, cost effectiveness and eco-friendliness are the major points to be

considered. Essential components and factors must be there, like:

1. Abstract is written as a mini paper.

2. Introduction: a few sentences to provide background information on the problem

investigated in this work.

3. Methods: which techniques are used during this work.

4. Results: the major results presented in the paper; providequantitative information

when possible.

5. Discussion: the authors’ interpretation of the results presented.

6. Final summary: the major conclusions

Question: What are your recommendations to write a world class case report in Chemistry?

What essential components and factors must be there?

Answer According to my opinion people reading such reports have two primary goals:

1. They want to gather the information present till date.

2. They want to know that the findings resultant is legitimate.

So, both the points should be fulfilled.

Question: What are your recommendations to write a world class review in Chemistry? What

essential components and factors must be there?

Answer According to my recommendations to write a world class review in Chemistry: some

essential components and factors must be there like as: A review is a description of important

scientific observations that are includes a rare or unusual clinical condition as well as

previously unreported or recognized facts. Generally, a review report should be focussed with

its main components being the abstract, introduction, literature review as well as discussion.

This review report are discusses the essential components of a case, with the aim of providing

guidelines and knowledge of particular this field to authors to improve their work skills.

Question: What are your recommendations to improve employment and scope in Chemistry?

Answer:According to my recommendations to improve employment and scope in

Chemistry:At this time our education system and time management of students are two major

factors for improving the employment in field of chemistry.

Question: Which major challenges do you see to establish India as world leader

in Chemistry?

Answer:Appropriate facilities and suitable environment are vital for a scholar to grow at his

fullest. Sufficient funding to worth exposing scientific problems and proper time as well as

fund management after that need to be considered.

Question: Any other thing, you would like to share?

Answer:There is a broad range of research areas in the field of chemical sciences. Today's

research groups are interdisciplinary, crossing boundaries as well as across fields and across

other disciplines, such as physics, biology, materials science, engineering and medicine field.

Albert Einstein was a German-born theoretical physicist who developed the theory of relativity, one of the two pillars of modern physics. His work is also known for its influence on the philosophy of science.

Rajesh Kumar Meena from India is World Champion- 2019 in Nanotechnology (Biosynthesis). World Champion Rajesh Kumar Meena is most important asset for India, recognized by International Agency for Standards and Ratings. World Champion Rajesh Kumar Meena is now recognized as Father of modern in Biosynthesis (Nanotechnology).

Hippocrates of Kos, also known as Hippocrates II, was a Greek physician of the Age of Pericles, and is considered one of the most outstanding figures in the history of medicine. Hippocrates is credited with being the first person to believe that diseases were caused naturally, not because of superstition and gods.

Sir Isaac Newton (25 December 1642 – 20 March1726/27[1]) was an English mathematician, astronomer, theologian, author andphysicist (described in his own day as a "natural philosopher") who is widely recognised as one of the most influential scientists of all time, and a key figure in the scientific revolution.

World Champion in Microbiology Louis Pasteur (December 27, 1822 – September 28, 1895) was a French biologist, microbiologist and chemistrenowned for his discoveries of the principles of vaccination, microbial fermentation and pasteurization. He is remembered for his remarkable breakthroughs in the causes and prevention of diseases, and his discoveries have saved many lives ever since.

Michael Faraday was born on 22 September 1791 in Newington Butts, which is now part of the London Borough of Southwark but was then a suburban part of Surrey. His family was not well off. His father, James, was a member of the Glassite sect of Christianity. James Faraday moved his wife and two children to London during the winter of 1790 from Outhgill in Westmorland, where he had been an apprentice to the village blacksmith.Michael was born in the autumn of that year.
