This blend from KWV's Cathedral Cellar was suggested by the owner of a wine cellar in Centurion, and I am very glad to have been introduced to this lovely wine. It is a very nice blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz, and seems to capture the best characteristics of each variety in the blend. A slight softness, accompanied by a slight spiciness, ended off by a lingering sharpness of berries. Very interesting wine, and very good value for money.
