1. Join our Google Classroom to get updates on when the website is updated so you do not have to constantly keep checking the website.
2. New events will be posted in the Events tab. Here, you will find more information and the Google Form to sign up.
3. When the Total Hours tab is updated, we will email you. If your name appears on the list, you have been selected for the event.
4. If you are on the list, send an email to sbvikingvolunteers@gmail.com confirming that you can attend the event. If you do not confirm within 2 days after the names are posted, you will be replaced.
5. Only those who are present on the Total Hours page prior to the event will be given hours, so please make sure you are on the list before attending an event. A supervising adult at the event will confirm attendance afterwards so if you say you are attending and then do not attend without prior notice, you will not be chosen for future volunteering opportunities.
