Princeton Prize in Race Relations

Each year the Princeton Prize in Race Relations, a program sponsored by Princeton University, seeks to honor students in grades 9-12 who are doing outstanding work in their schools or communities to advance the cause of race relations.

The Central/Southern NJ Committee of the Princeton Prize invites students to apply for:

  • The $1,000 cash award for the 2018-2019 school year.

  • Princeton Prize winners will also be invited to an all-expense paid trip to Princeton University to attend the Princeton Prize Symposium on Race which will be held in the Spring of 2019.

  • The Central/Southern NJ Committee will be present the $1000 prize to the finalist and their family at a local award ceremony.
