Princeton Youth Ballet May

Location: Princeton High School Performing Arts Center (16 Walnut Lane, Princeton NJ 08540)

Dates/Times:

1. Thursday, May 5th - 4:00 to 6:30PM (2.5 hours)

  • Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothes, sneakers, and a mask.

  • # of Volunteers: 2

  • Description: This group will provide load-in assistance of props, sets, costumes into the theater and other duties as needed.

  • Note: This group may be dismissed early if tasks are completed ahead of schedule.

  • Report to the theater lobby (front of house)


2. Friday, May 6th - 4:15PM to 7:30PM (3.25 hrs)

  • Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing, sneakers, and a mask.

  • # of Volunteers: 3

  • Description: This group will provide continued load-in assistance of props, sets, costumes into the theater and other duties as needed, including front-of-house setup.

  • Report to the theater lobby (front of house)


3. Saturday, May 7th - 3:00 to 6:15PM (3.25 hrs)

  • Dress Code: Business casual attire - preferably black dress shirt and black dress pants – and bring a mask

  • # of Volunteers: 4

  • Description: Volunteers will help as assigned. Duties may include serving as Ushers for the 4pm performance and working the boutique/concession stand, etc.

  • Report to the theater lobby (front of house)


4. Sunday, May 8th - 11:00 AM to 2:15PM (3.25 hrs)

  • Dress Code: business casual, preferably black

  • # of Volunteers: 4

  • Description: Volunteers will help as assigned. Duties may include serving as Ushers for the 4pm performance and working the boutique/concession stand, etc.

  • Report to the theater lobby (front of house)


5. Sunday, May 8th - 3:00 to 7:30PM (4.5 hrs)

  • Dress Code: Please arrive wearing business casual attire - preferably black dress shirt and black dress pants – and bring a mask. Please also bring sneakers and comfortable clothes that you can change into to help with theater load-out.

  • # of Volunteers: 5

  • Description: Volunteers will help as assigned. Duties may include serving as Ushers for the 4 pm performance and working at the boutique/concession stand. These volunteers will also help with theater load-out after the show. This involves packing up and organizing the front-of-house, costumes, props, etc.

  • NOTE: Volunteers in this time slot might consider bringing a snack to eat. Please no food containing peanut products.

  • Report to the theater lobby (front of house)
