ELA Tutoring

Requirement: In order to sign up, you must be a rising senior OR junior who has reliable transportation (you do not need to be able to drive, a parent can drive you as well). **Note: Priority will be given to those who earned membership this year**

• If the parent reports that you have been significantly late multiple times, there is a possibility of earning strikes for the following year.

Date: 1-2 days a week. The dates will be decided by you and the parent of the child being tutored. It will be during the summer, possibly extending into the school year if the child's parent wishes.

Hours: The selected tutor will be going once or twice a week for a few hours. The exact length and hours will be discussed once you are selected.

Location: The location will be decided by you and the parent of the child. It will be in-person.

Instructions:

• A rising 1st grader is in need of ELA, or Language Arts, tutoring. He will need help with reading and writing skills.

• You will contact his mother, Amanda, once you are selected and choose what days and time you will go throughout the week. All the materials that are are required for tutoring will be provided to you by Amanda.
