Animal Allies Dog Toys
The Animal Allies subcommittee is collecting handmade dog toys to donate to the local animal shelter, Sammy's Hope.
Dates: Google Form must be filled out by Wednesday, March 3rd. Material pickup will be held Thursday, March 4th from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. There will be be a live video tutorial to follow on Friday, March 5th from 3:30 pm to 5 pm, and drop offs for the dog toys will be held on Thursday, April 15th from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Hours: 1.5 hours
Location: The drop-off will be held at South Brunswick High School. Enter from the Stouts Lane Entrance and pull up to the front of the building to drop off the donation and card(s).
# of Volunteers: The first 180 volunteers to sign up
Responsibilities: You will be picking up materials to create dog toys for a local shelter. You will then attend the live teaching session on March 5th to learn how to make the dog toys at the instruction of the Animal Allies subcommittee.
Notes:
We expect all of our volunteers to take the time to make the dog toys according to the tutorial and put in effort to make them to the best of their abilities
Each volunteer should make two dog toys minimum
Strikes:
If you confirm that you are coming, but do not come to the event, you WILL NOT receive hours and WILL get a strike against you.
If you cancel later than 2 days before the drop-off, you will receive a strike against you.
Keep in mind that if you receive 3 strikes, your name will be removed from the Membership Directory and you will not receive credit for this club.
