Date: Google Form must be filled out by Wednesday, March 3rd. Drop-off will be held on Thursday, March 4th from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

Hours: 1 hour for every $5 donated + card made

Location: The drop-off will be held at South Brunswick High School. Enter from the Stouts Lane Entrance and pull up to the front of the building to drop off the donation and card(s).

# of Volunteers: Anyone can participate!

Responsibilities: Create handmade cards that will be given the organizations. The cards should be high quality, and should contain heartwarming and uplifting messages for the people who are suffering from mental health issues. For the monetary donation, make sure to put the donation inside a sealed envelope with your name, class, and amount of donation written on the envelope.

Notes:

  • There will be a cap on the number of hours you will be able to receive:

    • You can donate a MAXIMUM of $10 but you can make however many cards you would like.

  • Please bring an exact amount of cash for your donation (exactly $5 or exactly $10), as the subcommittee will not be providing change.

Strikes:

  • If you confirm that you are coming, but do not come to the event, you WILL NOT receive hours and WILL get a strike against you.

  • If you cancel later than 2 days before the drop-off, you will receive a strike against you.

  • Keep in mind that if you receive 3 strikes, your name will be removed from the Membership Directory and you will not receive credit for this club.
