Adopt a Family DOnations

The "Adopt-A-Family program matches impoverished families with individual or group sponsors to provide for their tangible needs at Christmas."

We would like to receive a monetary donation from you in order to fund the gift we would like to buy for our "Adopt A Family" family. Any amount helps! Our goal is $1000!

Every $5 you donate is equivalent to 1 service hour. These hours will go towards your total hours for Viking Volunteers!

INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW TO GET HOURS:

• BRING YOUR DONATION IN AN ENVELOPE WITH YOUR FIRST & LAST NAME, ID NUMBER & GRADUATING CLASS

• GIVE YOUR ENVELOPE TO MS. MARCELLA IN SPS BY DECEMBER 1ST!!!

  • If Ms. Marcella is not there when you bring it in, you can either leave it in her office mailbox or put it under her door.

You MUST ALSO complete one of the following!

• For your donation, you must perform a small act of service. This act of service can be raking your neighbor's lawn, cleaning up trash in the neighborhood, making a holiday card for the family etc. Fill out the google form below ("Adopt a Family Acts of Service") to provide proof of your act(s) of service. More information on the Google form.

• You can also take collections from family members and friends over Thanksgiving. This means that you CAN EXCEED $20. Anyone who does a collection does NOT need to do any acts of kindness. Once you submit your form, you should fill out the act of service form ASAP!!

  • To do the act of service, you have until JANUARY 3RD!

For every $5 & act of service, you will receive 1 service hour. You MUST do both the donation AND fill out the act of service for the service hour.
