At the end of Episode 23, The League of One-legged men 3 of 3 it is announced that the Case of the Creeping Shadow is the next adventure, Creeping Shadow has been numbered variously 24 & 25, 24 & 26, and 31 & 32.
So one could assume based on #23, that Creeping Shadow is 24 & 25, but at the end of Creeping Shadow Part 2, the show says the next episode is the Black Leather case which is numbered 39, 40, and 41. Black Leather does not fit in at 26, 27, 28 because The Light Signal Pt 1 is at 28.
Also, on the set I received there were 2 episodes numbered 46. At the end of #45 it says the next show is Mystery House which is neither of the titles for 46. The Clue of the Feathered Smuggler is probably right because at the end of it it says the next show is the Clue of the Feathered Smuggler which is #47. The other 46 is Startling Developments of an Accident which Otter shows as #60. I suspect someone stuck it in 60 because there was a hole there, although there are holes throughout the log. I don't think 60 has any basis, since Radiogoldindex indicates it is #46, but has a date on the matrix of 1940.
The Case of the Human Firefly announces it is part 1 of 3, but there is not room for 3 episodes in the log at show #65.
