So you ask what does this mean. Not just Kay but his company, CRC, endorses this direction of psychology, one that has a bias against heterosexual non-DEI non-minority self reliant males. Kay's salary should be one of the first targets of DOGE along with banning the FAA's use of the Cogscreen. The House Oversight Committee should make this a priority when Congress reconvenes in January
