Questioning John Matthew Fabian's credentials even came from The United States Justice Department.
In the human trafficking case USA V Hernandez the DOJ has concerns about Fabian's qualifications specifically with getting credentialed online. The Obama appointed Judge, Jeffrey Helmick, rebuked the DOJ's concerns page 11-13 https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/USCOURTS-ohnd-3_15-cr-00467/pdf/USCOURTS-ohnd-3_15-cr-00467-1.pdf Viewing Fabian as "well qualified" and had no concerns about Fabian earning credentials online at the Fielding Graduate Institute in Bethesda Maryland. However a 30 second Google Search, then spending another couple minutes on Bing, Duckduckgo, and Startpage shows there is no Fielding Graduate Institute in Bethesda. What is now called Fielding Graduate University has it's campus located in Santa Monica California with a office in Washington DC with no evidence of ever being located in Maryland. https://www.fielding.edu/
Fielding was also subject to accreditation probation.www.reddit.com/r/psychologystudents/comments/dhinx9/any_thoughts_on_fielding_university_clinical/ and https://www.onlinedegreereviews.org/college/fielding-graduate-university-reviews/
Same can be said for Fabian's institution where he earned his Psyc D, The Chicago School of Professional Psychology being labeled a degree mill
www.chicagotribune.com/news/ct-chicago-school-of-psychology-accreditation-20140723-story.html CSPS ended up having to settle the lawsuit for over $11 million due to not disclosing that it's campuses were not accredited by American Psychological Association,
www.lawyersandsettlements.com/settlements/19167/students-win-11-2m-settlement-in-chicago-school-of.html While the Chicago Tribune reported that only the satellite campuses such as the one in Los Angeles were not accredited and considered a degree mill and the Tribune also reported that the Chicago Campus has a "strong reputation," the Yelp reviews beg to differ. www.yelp.com/biz/the-chicago-school-of-professional-psychology-chicago-2
The fact that this Obama appointed Judge compares the qualifications of Fabian essentially equal to all of the DOJ's experts which included Amor Correa PhD and Daniel Kim PhD. Correa who earned her PhD from the University of North Texas and specializes with native Spanish speakers who commit malingering, the act of intentionally doing artificially worse on assessments to garner favorable results, something that Correa stated that Hernandez committed and knowingly hired Fabian because of his reputation of tagging people as "mentally defective" and "cognitive slow" with a "broken brain". Ultimately, The Judge dismissed all charges of human trafficking against Hernandez based on Fabian's testimony that she had a "broken brain" and was not fit to stand trial, even though according to the Government's own expert witness psychologists, Hernandez was competent enough to realize the situation and was malingering the results of the competency tests to her benefit of having the Judge dismiss the case. The juries of the State Courts in Texas and Ohio unlike Democrat Appointed Judges don't believe Fabian's junk science.
