Fabian Testimony For Tammy Sytch called out by Jim Cornette, Shane Douglas, & Dutch Mantel

Yet another famous despicable act John Matthew Fabian was hired to try to claim it was because of a "broken brain," former WWE Diva Tammy "Sunny" Sytch hired Fabian to try to have her sentence of intoxicated manslaughter not be pegged at the maximum of 27 years but instead be 10.5 years

Tammy had a blood level of 0.36, four times the legal limit and had an open bottle of "Grey Goose" vodka in her front seat.

Then in March 2022 Tammy committed intoxicated manslaughter by rear ending her 2012 Mercedes into 2013 Kia Sorento at a red light killing the 75 year old occupant which was her 9th DUI.  

Keep in Mind John Matthew Fabian has his own DUI on drugs arrest he does not want to be publicly known.  

Tammy had numinous other criminal convictions that lead to incarcerations which included burglary, terrorist threats, violations of protection orders, weapons violations just to name some of the charges, .

Fabian stated that Tammy filled out a questionnaire and presented zero medical records and had no prior experience with Tammy or even knew who she was from pro wresting and only had 90 minutes of facetime with her.
