Bo people

The language of the Bo people of Gong County, Sichuan is unknown, but I suspect it may have been a Kra language. The Bo (Ku) of Bainitang, Qiubei County today speak a Northern Loloish language.

Only Red Gelao dialects have a final nasal. Xinfa Red Gelao, which is similar to Hongfeng Red Gelao, has a form (ɑ³³ȵuŋ⁵³) similar to the residual Bo form.

Cai-Long languages have *li. The Tibeto-Burman form *pwak is unrelated.
