This was the FIA legal racecar chassis designed and welded by Chris and assembled primarily by Roland Fellner so that K-1 could compete and promote the brand initially in Eastern Europe and later in Western Europe. Chris designed and built the suspension while Roush rebuilt and calibrated the Duratec V6 to accommodate two Garrett turbochargers and produce 550-620HP. Juraj, Brano and Palo created the bodywork and aerodynamics required for the car to produce downforce. All of the work was done "outside" of core work hours, with a great amount of personal sacrifice.
Roland Fellner carried out all electrical, engine and full vehicle integration (such as fuel cell, exhaust, seats and harnesses). Curiously, the original production Ford gearbox lasted a complete season with the torque put through it.
The design was initially a little crude but later cars had more refined solutions and proved increasingly competitive, before the switch to a Radical chassis and silhouette body for the Praga R4.
