In the coming days our school will be delighted to celebrate the Chinese New Year which falls on the 10th of February, 2024. In collaboration with 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲’𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗮 and China Cultural Centre in Malta, we arranged a special presentation for our Year 7 students.

We were honoured to have had 𝗠𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗻 𝗛𝘂𝗶 and his assistant, 𝗠𝘀 𝗠𝗶 𝗤𝘂𝗻 as distinguished guests. They shared their expertise in 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆, providing a practical and insightful session for our students.

The event took place this morning, and we appreciate the enriching experience it brought, fostering cultural exchange and understanding among our students.

Fr Charles Sultana, Head of School, presented a book about the history of the Sacred Heart Seminary, written by Monsignor Dr Joseph Bezzina to Mr Sun Hui. On the other hand, Mr Sun Hui gave the 2024 New Year Chinese Dragon Mascot as a gift to the school.
