H - 3 Book Donations
In preparation for the Library Week and the World Book Day, the school library received three different book donations:
Thursday, 28th February 2019
Sr Francesca Abela, headmistress of St Francis Primary School, Victoria, Gozo, donated some books about Mother Margherita De Brincat – foundress of the Franciscan Sisters of the Heart of Jesus.
Wednesday, 13th March 2019
Mrs Sheila Wagstaff, donated reference books. She told us “my husband Michael was an avid reader and lover of books. He treasured the ones he owned. He would be so pleased to know that some of his small collection have gone to such a deserving place. Thank you for accepting them.”
Friday, 15th March 2019
Dun Karm Curmi, the School Secretary, donated biography books.
