151 Yesler Way, Seattle aka The Interurban Building
The Interurban building was purchased by Mr. Pennington, Ms. Jones and Ms. Stillwater. The basement and ground floors are dedicated to various business, while the 2 - 4th floors have been redesigned into 3 living spaces at about 5000 sq. feet apiece divided into three levels for each owner. The basement is the famous (or perhaps infamous depending on who you ask) Raven's Undercity, a sprawling nightclub catering to the tastes of todays urban '20 something' crowd. The Raven makes one of the 'four points of party central' in Pioneer, across the street from Trinity, catty corner to The Last Supper, and just up the block from Heaven. The main entrance to the club is on the NW corner of Yesler and Occidental Ave S.
The ground floor is subdivided between three business, The Dojo which is most of the East side of the building; specializing in martial arts instruction featuring Master Kyle Arlington. The Undercity Nightclub spans the basement and several subterranean levels of the complex. Finally there is Tawny's Curio, an antique, book and collectibles shop owned by Tawny Arlington, wife of Kyle Arlington facing Occidental.
