Who Are Your Customers and What Do They Need/Want?

A workshop using brainstorming to list the society's customers and partners, multi-vote to pick the most important ones, and then uses small groups to analyze and define their needs. Can also review the Society's stated Purpose and their various activities to see if they are in support of the purpose.
