EXECUTION
Start drill with the first player in one of the groups holding the ball in the proper grip.
The ball carrier advances slowly toward the first player in the opposite group and gives him a handoff using two hands.
Make sure the player accepting the handoff forms a pocket with his inside arm up above the numbers on his jersey.
That player then advances to the opposite group and makes a handoff.
Continue until all players have given and taken handoffs several times.
Once players understand the drill and can execute it correctly, speed the drill up.
