SETUP
5 Bag Agility Drill
Set up dummies on the ground parallel to each other spaced about 2 feet apart. Place 2 cones 5 yards from the first and last dummy. Line up players behind one of the cones at the starting point. Players sprint through the bags using the type of running specified by the coach. Coaches use this sequence:
EXECUTION
(1) Forward run with one step between each bag
(2) Forward run with both feet hitting between each bag-chop feet
(3) Sideward run through bags with one step between each bag
(4) Sideward run through bags with both feet hitting between each bag
(5) Forward and backward through the bags with players facing to the sides
